Corrections

Tell us exactly what changed.

Local business information changes quickly. The most useful correction identifies the affected profile, the field that is wrong, and a public or business-controlled source that supports the change.

1

Open the business profile

Search the directory and select the exact location. This prevents a correction for one branch from affecting another.

2

Choose “Report a listing issue”

Select the issue type and describe the evidence. You may include an email if clarification would help; it is not published.

3

We review the source and scope

A factual correction does not automatically alter public-review attribution, editorial conclusions, or another location’s record.

Business owners

Owners can claim a listing for free to submit updates to contact details, hours, services, and rights-cleared photos. Ownership must be verified before owner tools become active. A claim does not change organic rank.

What happens next

Reports enter a review queue. We may keep a field unchanged when the submitted source does not identify the exact location, conflicts with a stronger source, or cannot be verified. Corrected pages retain their normal verification dates and quality gates.

Editorial disagreement

Disagreeing with a supported review theme is different from identifying a factual error. Use the editorial contact form to point to the exact statement and the evidence you believe was overlooked.
