Business-owner claim policy

A claim confirms an authorized relationship to one physical dry-cleaning business. It does not endorse the business, change its organic rank, or guarantee publication of owner-supplied information.

Verification states

New claims are labeled pending verification. Owner tools activate only after manual verification through a business-domain email, the public business phone, a public ownership record, or another documented route. Verification may be rejected or revoked when information changes.

What verified owners may contribute

• Business phone, website, public email, and operating hours.
• Services, service areas, and clearly dated price information.
• Corrections supported by a public source or business record.
• Storefront, logo, team, and garment-care images the business owns or may publish.
• Moderated responses to FindMyDryCleaners reader reviews.

Publication and editorial independence

Every update remains pending until reviewed. FindMyDryCleaners may edit formatting, request support, reject unverifiable claims, and retain independent editorial summaries. Paying for a labeled placement cannot alter rank, review moderation, or editorial conclusions.

Photo and data rights

The submitter must have authority to provide the information and publication rights for every uploaded image. Pending files remain private; rejected files are not served publicly.

Optional profile badge and review invitations

Displaying or linking a profile badge is optional and is never required to obtain or retain verification. Verified owners may also share a profile-specific review URL or printable QR code. Invitations must be neutral: do not offer compensation, screen out unhappy customers, or ask only for positive reviews.
